- How to set up your email for Android / Samsung
Open the Email App: Launch your device’s default email app (like Gmail).
Add a New Account: Go to the app’s settings and look for the option to add another account.
Choose “Other”: When prompted for the account type, select Other.
Enter Your Details: Type in your full email address and password, then tap Next.
Manual Setup: Select Manual setup or a similar option. You’ll be asked to choose between POP3 and IMAP. Choose IMAP.
Incoming Server Settings:
Username: Your full email address.
Password: Your email password.

Outgoing Server Settings (SMTP):

Require sign-in: Make sure this is checked, and use the same username and password as the incoming server.
Complete the Setup: Tap Next and wait for the app to verify the settings. You can then name the account and set your display name.
